Marv DeSelm contacted me way back to tell me he had received a number of
pictures from Patsy Ross and would I be interested in them. Well, yes!
Marv:
"I received about thirty pictures
from Patsy Keeler. Among them are pictures of Carole Hagen and Penny
Murray. There is one other individual that worked in the Adjustments
Department when it was located at UBSC. This
person's name is Leslie Duke. You will recognize her when you see the
pictures of her. Incidentally she also has passed on."

Marv next met with Rod Pombo and Bob Williams to identify some of
the "unknowns" in these pictures.
Some time later Marv and I had a meeting at the South Wadsworth Costco "food court".
There he lent me a small handbook entitled "Officers Directory,
United Bank of Denver, January, 1983".
As you will see, this contained the pictures of several
UBSC'ers that had moved on to UBD
and/or several UBD folks that were prominent
players in UBSC's success.
Another pleasant surprise at our Costco meeting was having Candace
(Udland) Slavec drop in on us when she spotted us as she cleared the
checkout line! A Small World, indeed! She was able to identify a couple
more of the still "unknowns" in the cache of pictures.
With this stash of material Marv and Patsy have also helped me replace
at least 3 of the black silhouettes on the
UBSC Memorial web page.
