Harlan Richard ("Dick") Headley

Dick was one of the very early Information Handler Database developers -- circa early '70s. He started out with Cibar -- the consulting company that fleshed out the initial design of the Information Handler and Database. After UBSC and Cibar went their separate ways, Dick hired on as a UBSC employee.

In later years, Dick was the "Go-To" guy for all things IHDB, PIO, and LIO. All the UBSC analysts and progammers benefitted from his calm, non-judgemental, guidance.
